You can take a photo of your eye for free. However, to view the enhanced image, you will need to select one of our subscription options.

How to view and manage my subscription

To manage your subscription, go to the app's settings, accessible from the top right corner of the home screen.

Once in settings, select "Subscription" to view and manage your options.

If you wish to unsubscribe, please check your active subscriptions through your account settings on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on whether you are using an iPhone or an Android phone.

Do I have to remove my contact lenses?

If you are wearing transparent contact lenses you can keep them on.

If you have are wearing color lenses than you need to remove them before taking a photo.

Why does the color of my eye look different in the AI-enhanced image?

No, the app was not designed to work on animal eyes.

What phones does the app work on?

The app is designed to work on most iOS and Android smartphones with a back camera and a built-in flashlight that were released after 2019.

How big is the enhanced iris photo?

The iris photo size is 1024px / 1024px

How to restore my photo?

If you deleted the app and you want to restore your photos go to Settings -> Restore photos and provide the email address you used when you paid for the photos.You will then receive an email with a restoration link. Click the link in the email and you will be taken to the Eyepic app. Then the restoration process will start.

Note: If you did not provide any email address when you paid for your eyes, the photos will not be restored. To know if you used an email during purchase process check your mailbox and search for Eyepic purchase email.

How can I delete my eye photos?

Note: Only paid photos are saved to backup, and only if the "Auto save photos" option in settings is enabled.To delete all your paid photos from the backup go to Settings -> My account -> Delete my photos

What is your refund and return policy?
